To reach the cabin, follow the route from the center of Arieșeni village on DN 75 towards Garda de Sus for a distance of 3.5 km. Then, turn right and continue on the asphalt road over a concrete bridge from the bus station; after 1.9 km, turn right again onto a steep road in front of a cabin with generous parking, and in just 700 meters you will reach Petruse Cabin. From Petruse Cabin, you can reach the Patrahaitesti waterfall in a 30-minute walk, and for off-road enthusiasts, you can also reach the peak of Bihor.
