Initially built as a holiday home, the guesthouse was completed in 2018, combining elements of granite and wood, and decorated with various accessories reminiscent of cycling. The owner, passionate about the world of bicycles, designed the guesthouse around this concept.
The place is peaceful and welcoming, ideal for relaxation. The spacious living room is heated by a traditional fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere. The rooms, designed to accommodate 2 or 3 people, are warm, of adequate size, and offer picturesque views of the surrounding area.
The large courtyard has a generous gazebo, equipped with traditional facilities such as a grill, stove, and oven.
If you are an outdoor activities enthusiast, the location offers numerous opportunities, from hiking and trail running to mountain and road cycling, ATV and UTV rides (buggy). The mountain trails in the Iezer, Leaota, and Piatra Craiului Mountains are easily accessible.
The guesthouse is located 2 km from the city center, positioned on the western side, overlooking the city, Matau Hill, and the Leaota Mountains.
Nearby, there are various tourist attractions in the Muscel region, such as the Mateiaș Mausoleum, the Jidova Roman Camp, the Golești Village Museum, the History Museum, the Ethnography and Folklore Museum, George Topârceanu Memorial House, Brătienilor Manor, and the rock monasteries of Muscel: Nămăiești, Cetățuia, Aninoasa, and Ciocanu, as well as Negru Vodă Monastery and Bărăția Catholic Monastery.
