Situated on the shore of Lake Vidraru, at an altitude of 875 meters, the complex is just 7 km away from Vidraru Dam, 12 km from Poenari Citadel (part of Dracula touristic circuits) and less than 38 km from Curtea de Arges, on the famous Transfagarasan - DN7C. The place offers superior quality tourist services throughout the year.
The complex has 60 rooms, as well as facilities for leisure, a restaurant, seminars, and conferences. In the basement, there is a spa area with an indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and a leisure area that includes a bowling alley, billiards, and table tennis, plus a multifunctional hall. The ground floor houses the reception, the day bar, a conference room with 80 seats (equipped with projector, flip-chart, audio and simultaneous translation system, laptop, TV, DVD player) and a restaurant with a capacity of 160 seats. The rooms are located on floors 1-4.
All rooms are equipped with satellite TV, phones with direct international access, and air conditioning. Each room has its own bathroom with sink, toilet, bathtub/shower, hairdryer, and phone. Access to the rooms can be done by elevator or stairs, and most rooms have balconies.
The complex offers essential accommodation and dining services, as well as the possibility of organizing seminars, conferences, trainings, and various events such as team-building activities, company parties, weddings, baptisms, festive meals, end-of-year parties, etc. In addition, the complex has leisure and free time facilities: indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, bowling, billiards, ping-pong, as well as various board games (chess, rummy, backgammon, playing cards). Also, mountain hikes, recreational activities on Lake Vidraru, and various sports on the complex's multifunctional field can be organized (tennis, mini football, basketball, handball, volleyball, etc).
The complex also plans special programs for certain occasions (e.g. Valentine's Day, Halloween, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter, etc). Guests can also take part in excursions to various tourist attractions in the area, on the Transfagarasan road and Lake Vidraru, as well as in nearby areas (the city of Curtea de Arges and nearby sights). The complex also offers a private parking lot with 40 spots inside the complex and another 20 spots nearby, about 50m from the road.
