Conacul Ursului Cabin is located on the famous Transfăgărășan road (DN7C), at kilometer 104, 68 km from Curtea de Argeș, 91 km from Sibiu, 104 km from Pitești, and 214 km from Bucharest. At an altitude of 1,285 meters, the cabin is set in a wild and breathtaking natural landscape, on the edge of a coniferous forest, near the alpine zone, and by the scenic Capra River. Access by car is available year-round from Argeș County, and between July 1st and November 1st, it is also accessible from Sibiu County (via Cârțișoara – Bâlea Lake). Conacul Ursului offers accommodation in 17 rooms, each with a private bathroom and balcony. The restaurant has a capacity of 60 seats, and the terrace provides 36 additional seats for outdoor dining.
