1. Ski slope - Drăguș: The slope operated excellently last season, attracting many children and ski enthusiasts. Initiation courses and sports competitions were organized in collaboration with the location's friends.
Drăguș Adventure Park is located 24 km from the city of Făgăraș, 8 km east of Victoria and just 1 km from Sâmbăta de Sus Monastery. Access is via E68 DN1 from Făgăraș towards Sibiu. From Sâmbăta de Jos, follow DJ 105 B and then the signs for "Brâncoveanu Monastery" (approximately 10 km), then the signs "Drăguș Adventure Park" (approximately 1 km). Drăguș Adventure Park is located next to Drăguș ski slope.
Cabana Iuby is only 13 km away, with access on a good road.
2. Brâncoveanu Monastery: This foundation, located in Sâmbăta de Sus, is under the shadow of the Făgăraș Mountains, in a place that seems like a giant "gateway to the brothers beyond the mountains." The monastery is a symbol of the past, with ancient roots in the Dacian, Daco-Roman, and Romanian paths that our ancestors traversed.
3. Sâmbăta de Jos Stud Farm: Here is one of the most renowned Lipizzaner stud farms in the world, breeding 7 lines of blood carrying the names of the founding stallions: Conversano, Favory, Maestoso, Neapolitano, Pluto, Siglavy-Capriola, and Tulipan. Lipizzaners are known for their elegance and docile temperament, being preferred in academic dressage schools.
