On the ground floor, you will find a spacious rustic living room of 150 sqm, with a fireplace, audio system, TV, projector, dining table for 18 people, bar, ping-pong table, and a generous terrace of 40 sqm. Additionally, there are two fully equipped kitchens and a sanitary group.
The first floor hosts 3 spacious double rooms, with balconies and the possibility of adding a folding bed in each room, a triple room with balcony, and a comfortable living room with two sofas, fireplace, children's play area, and a balcony for smokers. Each room has its own bathroom, balconies, electric shutters, and insect screens.
