Located at the entrance of Eforie Nord, on the left side, with a sea view, on Victoriei Street no. 30B, Casa Bia is just 400 meters away (approximately 4 minutes) from the beach and 800 meters (8 minutes) from the resort center. We offer you the peace, cleanliness, and comfort necessary for a relaxing seaside vacation. We now accept holiday vouchers, with a 10% commission. Our location provides the following: - Ground floor: 1 apartment consisting of a double and a triple room, hallway, bathroom, as well as a summer kitchen equipped with the essentials for preparing quick snacks. - Upstairs: 4 spacious and modernly furnished rooms, each with its own bathroom, TV, optional air conditioning (at an extra cost), fridge, a fully equipped kitchen for minute cooking, and a small terrace. Access for non-residents of Casa Bia is not allowed under any circumstances. Accommodating more people than the room's capacity is not allowed; please respect the number of people for which the reservation was made. Reservations are made exclusively by phone, and confirmation is finalized by a deposit equivalent to the cost of one night's stay, deposited in the Raiffeisen Bank account (account details will be provided over the phone). Check-out: 10:00 Check-in: 12:00 Our services are designed to meet the highest quality standards expected by you. Special note: During June 15-30 and September 1-15, for five nights of stay, the sixth night is free. We look forward to welcoming you!
