To confirm a reservation, an advance payment of 25% of the total stay cost is required via bank transfer. ✔ Availability confirmation will be provided by a Vila Ilinca representative via phone, email, or WhatsApp. ✔ The advance payment must be made within 72 hours of receiving the invoice; otherwise, the reservation will be considered canceled. ✔ By making the advance payment, the guest confirms they have acknowledged all details regarding the location and accommodation conditions. Cancellation Policy The advance payment is non-refundable in the following cases: ✔ If cancellation is not announced at least 15 days before the check-in date. ✔ If the guest does not check in by 11:00 AM on the day after the scheduled arrival and does not notify us about a late arrival. ✔ If the guest decides not to stay upon arrival for reasons not attributable to the property.
