Vila Flux is a modern establishment, inaugurated in June 2014, ideally located in the Mamaia Nord – Năvodari resort, just 300 meters from the beach and 150 meters from the national road. The area has seen significant development in recent years, offering well-maintained sandy beaches, beach bars, terraces, and restaurants. Classified as a 3-star accommodation for enhanced comfort, the villa offers 10 rooms and one apartment, each with a private bathroom and balcony overlooking the garden or street. Rooms are equipped with towel dryers, air conditioning, cable TV, and refrigerators. Upon request, hairdryers, ironing boards, and irons are provided free of charge. Room distribution: • Ground floor: 2 double matrimonial rooms • First floor: 4 superior double matrimonial rooms • Second floor: 4 superior double matrimonial rooms • Third floor: 1 apartment Smoking is allowed only on the terrace and balconies. On the first floor, there is a “barbecue” terrace equipped with household inventory, microwave, coffee espresso machine, and kettle. Guests can organize breakfast or enjoy a delicious barbecue here, relaxing in a pleasant atmosphere. For entertainment seekers, the clubbing area in northern Mamaia is just 500 meters away. Children are welcome! Reservation Policy: • For a single night’s stay, the rate is increased by 30%. • Weekend rates apply on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. • A minimum stay of 2 nights is recommended during weekends. • Reservations are confirmed only after payment of an advance equivalent to at least one night’s stay. • Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival. In cases of confirmed reservations with advance payment or no-shows, situations such as unfavorable weather or health issues are not grounds for cancellation and refund of the advance. However, to ensure customer satisfaction, the stay can be rescheduled to another period within the same summer season, subject to availability and applicable rates. Thank you!
