For the months of July and August, we would like to inform you that on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays we rent apartments for a minimum of 3 nights!
We present to you a complex of apartments for rent both as a hotel and for long term in Mamaia resort, in the Debarcader area, right on the shore of Lake Siutghiol, in front of the Aqua Magic water park.
We have available 18 apartments with 2 or 3 rooms, each with an area of 75sqm.
Plus a penthouse apartment with an area of 275sqm, with 3 rooms (2 bedrooms + living room), sauna, jacuzzi for 4 persons on the terrace with whirlpool, oak wood furniture, audio systems, etc.
Each apartment has 2 LCD TVs (for penthouse there are 3), air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, etc.
All apartments offer a view of Lake Siutghiol (those with 2 bathrooms also have a view of the resort).
The building has 7 levels, with the ground floor providing access and parking spaces (there are also spaces outside), and levels 1-6 have 3 apartments on each level. The penthouse apartment is located on the entire 7th level.
The complex benefits from 24/7 security with security guards and anti-burglary alarms.
