Located in the village of Izvoarele, commune of Voinești (Dâmbovița County), our guesthouse sits in a truly special place – on top of a hill, surrounded by orchards and forests, where peace, fresh air and beautiful views reconnect you with nature. Access is easy, on an asphalt road right up to the gate. It’s a relaxing alternative to the busy Prahova Valley, ideal for those seeking an authentic countryside experience close to Bucharest.
Accommodation
We offer 6 comfortable rooms, each with a private bathroom, TV, and high-quality linens and towels. The generous 100 m² common area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and spacious living area – perfect for relaxation and socializing.
Courtyard & Activities
Outdoors, everything is arranged to invite you to unwind and play: swing, hammocks, barbecue and campfire area, and spaces for ping-pong, basketball, badminton, or archery. Our 2,000 m² orchard awaits you with seasonal fruits – from apples and cherries to raspberries, currants, and figs.
Beyond the orchard, the forested hills and meadows offer scenic trails for leisurely walks and hikes.

Booking periods
From november to february, the entire guesthouse is available for rent as a whole. During the rest of the year, rooms can also be booked individually.
