Property description
The guesthouse has approximately 90 accommodation places, distributed in two buildings: the main and the secondary one, with rooms that have 2, 3 or 4 beds (double or single), equipped with a TV and private bathroom. The restaurant can accommodate 250 people (150 smokers and 100 non-smokers) and serves traditional Romanian dishes, with the house specialty being trout with polenta, made from trout from their own fishery. There is the possibility of organizing festive meals in a hall for 450 people or conferences in a room with 50 seats.
For recreational and sports activities, guests have access to a pool table, tennis table, and a sports field for handball, basketball, and minifootball, with an area of 32x22 m, available for an extra fee. In the guesthouse's garden, among the fruit trees and fish ponds, there is a gazebo where guests can spend their free time or have lunch outdoors. The guesthouse parking lot covers approximately 1000 square meters and is monitored by security cameras.
Located at the entrance of the village of Brebina, just 1 km from the town of Baia de Arama, the guesthouse enjoys a picturesque location on the left side of the road leading to the resort of Baile Herculane. It is named after the spring that gushes nearby and runs right under the building, being used for their own fishery. Nearby there are interesting locations such as Baia de Arama (1 km), Tismana (20 km), Targu-Jiu (47 km), Baile Herculane (59 km), Ponoarele (6 km), and Isverna (25 km) that can be visited by the guests of the guesthouse.
