"Casa Erica, recently included in the tourism circuit, can offer you an unforgettable stay. Located just 3-5 minutes (2 km) by car from Orșova, in the direction of Baile Herculane, this location is positioned on a 4000 sqm plot of land that delights your eyes throughout the day, offering a generous space of greenery and ornamental trees - a wonderful place for peace and relaxation in the midst of nature. The house has an orchard with fruit trees (pear, apple, plum, blackberries, aronia, etc.) from which you can enjoy organic and fresh fruits.
There are 3 spacious accommodation rooms with double beds, LED cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. You also have access to 3 spacious bathrooms with shower cabins and hairdryers (2 bathrooms with direct access from the rooms and 1 bathroom with an opposite entrance in the hallway).
The pool, with dimensions of 8x5 m, is used exclusively by guests and is equipped with a professional filtering system, chlorination, disinfection, and an automatic pool cleaning robot. There is also an outdoor hot shower near the pool.
In the yard, you will find a gazebo equipped with a grill, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and everything you need to prepare meals. You can also relax in the orchard gazebo, equipped with armchairs and a sofa, cable TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, table, and dishes - a spacious and generous place that offers you a wonderful view of the entire area.
The area is secluded and tranquil, where you can enjoy discreet parties without disturbing anyone. Parking is free and safe both inside the property and outside, depending on each one's preference.
For hygiene and the safety of all guests, the location is regularly disinfected between each group of tourists to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Therefore, please respect the established check-in and check-out hours.
Casa Erica is rented in full for a group of 6 people, for a minimum of 2 nights, and pets are not allowed.
