The guesthouse stretches over an area of 1400 square meters, offering 20 parking spaces, 4 gazebos, outdoor barbecue, a covered terrace with 32 seats, and a specially equipped playground for children. On the ground floor, there is a restaurant with 40 seats for non-smokers and one with 60 seats for smokers, equipped with air conditioning, air purifier, ventilation, LCD, and Home Cinema. The kitchen serves both classic and traditional dishes, and upon request, a rich feast with game meat can be organized. On the upper floor, there are 6 double rooms with double beds, and in the attic, there are 2 apartments, each with 2 rooms with double beds. Each room has a private bathroom, satellite TV, internet, refrigerator, and a balcony overlooking the forest and Agapia Monastery. Children under 12 years old stay for free, and an extra bed can be provided upon request. Fishing and hunting enthusiasts will feel at home here. The friendly hosts are ready to organize hunting trips, ATV rides, summer carriage rides, or winter sleigh rides.
