Cabana Frasin Roznov Recommendation

The Frasin Roznov Hunting Lodge is managed by the Roznov Forestry Office under the coordination of the Neamț Forestry Directorate. Located 19 km from the town of Roznov, the lodge is accessible by car, and parking is available within the lodge’s courtyard. The lodge can accommodate up to 12 people, with six double rooms. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room equipped with a television, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, two rooms with balconies and private bathrooms, as well as a generous terrace. The living room can host approximately 30 people, and the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave oven, and all necessary dishes. On the upper floor, there are four rooms with private bathrooms and balconies. Heating and hot water are provided by a wood-fired heating system, and the lodge has electricity and running water. In the courtyard, visitors can find a pond, a gazebo, and a barbecue area. The Tarcău Valley is a remarkable tourist area with untapped potential, offering a beautiful natural environment. The fresh air, tranquility of the surroundings, and lack of strong air currents make it ideal for relaxation and well-being. Attractions in the area include the Tarcău Valley, Tarcău Monastery, Bicaz Gorge, the Zoo and Bison Reserve in the Vânători Neamț Natural Park (Dragoș Vodă), Ceahlău Massif, Neamț Fortress, Cuejdel Lake, Alexandru Vlahuță Memorial House, and the Bicaz Gorge – Hășmaș National Park. This park is home to impressive landscapes, waterfalls, caves, and spectacular karst formations, the most famous being the Black Cave. Other sites to visit in the National Park include the Bicaz Gorge, Red Lake, Hășmașu Mare Peak, Piatra Singuratică Peak, Lapoș Gorge, Șugău Gorge, Bicăjel Gorge, Munticelu Cave, Tunnel Cave, and Bicaz Lake.
