Pension Elena is located on DN 15 D, at the entrance to Piatra Neamţ, on the right side of a major traffic artery that connects Piatra Neamţ to Roman and Iaşi, with access to Hanul Ancuţei, Târgu Neamţ, and Suceava, areas where there are numerous tourist attractions, memorial houses, monasteries, and recreational facilities.
The rural tourist pension ELENA is classified according to the standards of ORDER NO. 510 / 28.06.2002 of the national authority for tourism as a comfortable accommodation unit with quality services at the level of 3Flowers – Daisies.
The pension building is a single-unit structure with ground floor, first floor, and attic, with dimensions of 18.25 x 16.90m on plan.
On the ground floor, there are five double rooms of 13.57 square meters each, with their own bathroom, vestibule, and balcony (south-facing). Additionally, there is a common hallway for the four rooms, a recreation room, reception area, staircase to the first floor, and a Snack Bar.
The first floor includes four identical double rooms to those on the ground floor, an apartment with two rooms, and a terrace of 27.37 square meters. In total, the built-up area is 284.48 square meters.
