On the ground floor of the building is the restaurant of the Sunbeam Guesthouse, with a capacity of 50 seats, offering the most delicious and varied fresh menus. The menus can be customized according to the clients' preferences, and the guesthouse can host parties for children and festive dinners for various events. For corporate events, the guesthouse has a conference room with a capacity of 22 people, offering technical support for team-building sessions. Guests can relax on one of the two large terraces: one on the 1st floor with an area of 40 sqm and one on the ground floor in front of the restaurant, with an area of 70 sqm. For recreation and relaxation, the guesthouse provides a spacious courtyard of 3800 sqm, perfect for leisure time and the entertainment of children and adults.
