The duplex apartment (room 4) has a separate entrance and is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, and attic.
The duplex apartment (room 5) contains a double bed, a single bed, and a private bathroom. In the attic, there are 2 single beds, a balcony, and the possibility to add an additional bed.
The heating is done with gas.
The property is located just 4 km from the airport, 13 km from the city of Satu Mare, and 4 km from Ardud. In the area, there are several thermal water resorts, wineries for wine and spirits tasting, as well as other tourist attractions near the borders of Vama Petea, Halmeu, Urziceni, Valea lui Mihai on European Road E81 / National Road 19A.
