In the spring of 2008, Casa Mosului opened its doors in a picturesque village full of stories, Cartisoara, the birthplace of the famous peasant traveler, Badea Cartan. Built from wood and local stone, it is decorated with objects from the Fagaras Valley. Casa Mosului is a welcoming place, with six bright and spacious rooms, tastefully furnished for the comfort of guests. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxing, and the host, Santa Claus with a white beard, takes care of all those who enter his door. In the living room, the fire in the fireplace welcomes guests with a rich meal, cooked with love by Aunt Mariana. The blooming garden awaits visitors from spring until late autumn, where they can relax at a barbecue or listen to the crickets in the swing. In winter, the snow brings a fairy-tale landscape, and snowmen are welcome without any additional fee.
