Casa Bunicilor is a tourist oasis comprised of 3 traditional Bucovina houses, built between 1890-1900, which we have relocated, reconstructed and meticulously restored, preserving their authenticity and the specific charm of old houses. We are proud to have been pioneers of this initiative in the Bucovina area. Our goal at Casa Bunicilor is to offer a different tourism experience in Bucovina. If you are looking for authenticity, wish to connect with local traditions and customs, or savor the delights of traditional cuisine, if you want to relax in the midst of nature or recharge spiritually by visiting the monasteries in the area, we are the right place for you. Our guesthouse is located in Manastirea Humorului (approximately 10 km from Voronet), Suceava County, on an area of about 5 hectares of forest, with a small stream that forms a trout pond. Each house is close to a pond, offering fishing enthusiasts the opportunity to indulge in their passion. We collaborate with local producers to promote the consumption of traditional products and to offer authentic culinary dishes tailored to your preferences. Additionally, we can organize various events upon request, with a maximum capacity of 50 people. We offer a wide range of services, from accommodation and our own restaurant, to transfers, sports activities, excursions, personalized events, and varied entertainment. We also support artistic and cultural projects that promote Romanian values and traditions, collaborating with folk artists and being open to any other initiatives in this regard.
