Located just 7 kilometers away from the city of Câmpulung Moldovenesc, the commune of Sadova enjoys a remarkable geographic location. The settlement is situated in a depression along the slopes of the Bucovina region, surrounded by the steep slopes of Măgura, the grandeur of Muncelu, and the winding road towards Trei Movile Pass.
On the other end, the commune is protected by endless forests, which are home to the only natural dam lake in this part of the country - Lake Iezer. The landscape is stunning, and experienced tourists claim that it can compete with the Vienna Woods or the Austrian Tyrol at any time.
Taking full advantage of its privileged position, in the center of the locality, Casa Cristina is located on a high terrace of the Sadova River, on a plateau illuminated by the sun's rays from morning until evening. For tourists who come to us for relaxation, we offer an outdoor pavilion, illuminated and sound-equipped, for dining, reading, relaxing, a barbecue with grill and rotisserie for cooking, a swing, and two flower-filled terraces.
We offer 20 accommodation places, along with:
- Table tennis
- Children's playground
- Barbecue
- Gazebo
For tourists passionate about hiking and excursions, the possibilities for spending leisure time are numerous: just 15 km away lies the Holy Monastery of Vatra Moldoviței (and then Sucevița and Putna or the black ceramic workshops in Marginea). Another 10 km away is Câmpulung Moldovenesc with its "Wood Art" museum, unique in this part of the world, as well as the "Prof. I. Tugui" spoon collection, also a one-of-a-kind. An ascent on Magura or - further on - on Rarău or Giumalău, or a hike on the surrounding peaks for picking wild fruits or mushrooms, a bicycle ride, or a few hours of fishing will recharge your batteries for many months to come.
