Property description
Located in Lower Danube, Casa Ivanov is the perfect destination for tourists looking to stay in the heart of the Delta. The courtyard of this beautiful place stretches over an area of 5000 square meters, offering mostly playground space for children, but also relaxation areas for adults. Access to the guesthouse is provided on an asphalt road up to its entrance, without the need to cross any bridges or use a ferry.
Our guesthouse offers both accommodation services, as well as camping spots for trailers/motorhomes (maximum of 4 simultaneously to avoid crowding).
Inside the guesthouse, fishing is possible, as the property has access to a navigable canal or even to the nearby lake (Barcaz Lake, just a 50m boat ride away). Boat rides can be arranged upon request or motorboats of 5hp or rowing boats can be provided for clients.
Moreover, the guesthouse has a large above-ground swimming pool, available during the months of July and August.
The accommodation capacity is 16 adults in 6 lodging spaces (7 additional spots can be added).
Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, television, WiFi, refrigerator, and a fully equipped kitchen in the common space. All rooms have a view of the guesthouse's inner courtyard.
Additionally, different types of apartments are available for guests.
