Located between the village of Malaia and the Voineasa resort, Vila Mira offers a refuge for relaxation in the middle of wild nature, between the mouth of the Lotru river and the mountain slopes. Providing accommodation in 7 rooms with private bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, this villa has a spacious courtyard with two gazebos, two barbecue areas located on the banks of the Lotru river, and a playground for children. Here, guests can enjoy internet access and explore the tourist attractions in the area, including the famous Transalpina road and the ski slope at Vidra.
According to a local legend, the valley of the Lotru River ("of the thieves") sheltered among the first outlaws who settled here, finding refuge deep in the forest, under the spruce leaves or in the shade of the beech. After committing robberies on the main roads in the area, these outlaws would retreat to these places to share their loot and hide it in the caves and grottos of the region.
